How secure is my data on EvueMe AI?

All candidate data, including videos and scores, is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow enterprise-grade security protocols and regularly conduct audits to ensure compliance with data protection norms. Access is strictly role-based, so only authorized personnel can view your information.

Do you sell the data to third party?
Absolutely not — your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
All candidate and company data stays strictly within the boundaries of your account. We do not monetize user data in any form, and we don’t allow any third-party access unless explicitly authorized by you. Our only goal is to help you hire better — not profit from your data.

Where is the interview data stored?
All data is stored securely on cloud servers located in India.
This ensures compliance with local data residency requirements and faster access for Indian enterprises. The storage infrastructure is hosted with top-tier providers and follows strict security protocols, including encryption and controlled access.

How long does EvueMe store my data?
By default, interview data is retained for 12 months — but this can be adjusted to your policy.
We follow a standard 1-year retention period to allow for internal reviews, audits, or rehiring needs. However, if your organization has a different data retention policy, we can configure it accordingly. After the retention period ends, data is securely deleted from our servers.
You decide what stays — and for how long.
What happens to candidate data if the organisation ends their contract with EvueMe?
Your data remains yours — and we delete it securely once our engagement ends, unless you request otherwise.
As per our agreement, all raw candidate data belongs exclusively to you. Once the contract ends, we initiate a structured data offboarding process. You may choose to export your data, and we’ll permanently delete it from our systems afterward. We retain no copies, create no derivative products, and never reuse your data — unless explicitly authorized by you.
Any data we may have used internally to improve services is fully anonymized, aggregated, and stripped of all personal or confidential identifiers — ensuring your data ownership and confidentiality are always protected.
Do you store biometric/ personal identification data?
No — we do not collect or store biometric data like fingerprints, iris scans, or government ID numbers.
While EvueMe processes video and audio during interviews, this data is used only for evaluating responses and ensuring interview integrity. It is not treated or stored as biometric data under applicable laws. We do not ask for or retain any personally identifiable documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, or passport numbers.
Our focus is on candidate evaluation — not identity collection.
